These terms cover your use of asla.ai, operated by Lan Doan under the name Asla. By using this site, you're agreeing to them.

What this site is

Asla is a self-coaching brand: writing, a free reflection tool, and a path into The Reset, our guided self-coaching product. This site is informational and content-led. The Reset itself, including its payment, refund, and cancellation terms, is covered separately at reset.asla.ai.

Using this site

You're welcome to read, use the free tools, and subscribe. We ask that you not scrape, resell, or misuse the site or its content, and that you not use it in any way that's unlawful or that interferes with other people using it. This site is intended for people 18 and older.

The content and the method

The writing, the method explanations, and the free tools on this site are Asla's, and we've written them ourselves. You're welcome to quote or share them with attribution to Asla. You may not reproduce them wholesale, claim them as your own, or use them to build a competing product.

Not therapy, not medical advice

Asla's tools and coaching are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis or dealing with something that needs professional support, please seek it. Nothing on this site should be read as a diagnosis or treatment plan.

The free tools

The reflection tools on this site (like the question tool) are meant to help you think, not to give you an answer. Some tools use an AI model to generate a response based on what you share. The output is a starting point for reflection, not a definitive answer. We don't guarantee any particular outcome from using them.

The Reset and 1:1 calls

The Reset is a separate product at reset.asla.ai, with its own terms covering payment, cancellation, and refunds. Booking a 1:1 call happens through Calendly and is subject to Calendly's own terms for scheduling.

Third-party services

This site uses Lovable Cloud (Supabase, email) and Calendly (scheduling). We aren't responsible for the practices or availability of these third-party services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

No warranty

This site and its content are provided as is. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Asla and Lan Doan aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
