Refund Policy

The Reset is a one-time purchase of $29 USD, sold by Lan Doan trading as Asla. This policy covers that purchase.

14 days, no reason required

You can request a full refund of the $29 within 14 days of your order date. You don't need to explain why, and we won't ask you to justify it.

Your access stays

If you refund, we don't revoke your course access. What you've worked through is yours to keep. This matches the terms of the course itself at reset.asla.ai.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns. To request a refund, go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you bought with, or use the link in your receipt email. You can also email us at bewithasla@gmail.com and we'll pass the request on.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it lands, usually within a few business days.
